그동안 타인에 대해 함부로 평가하고 비판했던 모든 일들이 우스워졌다.결국 내 얘기를 했을뿐이었구나...모성 부족,자기 중심성,질투심,그 모든 것이 고스란히 내 안에 있는 것들이었다.앞으로는 누구에 대해서도 비판하거나 평가할 수 없다는 걸 알게 되었다.비판받지 않으려거든 비판하지 말라는 성경 구절이나,분별심을 경계하는 불교적 가치관의 심리적 본질이 비로소 짚였다.

All the things I had thoughtlessly judged and criticized about others became funny. I realized that I had only been talking about myself... The lack of maternal love, self-centeredness, jealousy, all of it was inside me. I realized that I could no longer judge or evaluate anyone. I finally understood the psychological nature of the Bible verse that says not to judge if you do not want to be judged, and the Buddhist value of being wary of discernment.
